We drive on mats through your yard. We do our best to minimize lawn damage. In most cases our customers don’t notice where we’ve been.

o Tree removals can be done year round. Winter is a good time when the ground is frozen. Can allow for better access across lawn or other sensitive areas. Typically done without regard to time of year.

o Tree pruning can be done throughout the year if it is light pruning and removing dead branches. If a tree is a flowering ornamental tree, then it is time sensitive and is determined by the type of tree or shrub. Large trees can be pruned throughout the year. Major pruning can be time sensitive. Damage can occur from aggressive pruning at the incorrect time.

o Stump grinding or stump removal is not time sensitive.

o Tree/plant health care is mostly performed in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Some late winter treatments are effective for certain pests.

Use a stump grinder to grind the stumps to below grade. We can rake the wood chips back into the holes or remove them and provide loam and grass seed.

We are concerned with your safety and do not use any products that we wouldn’t use at our own home. Products can be non-toxic. If you are not sure if something got wet from our spray product a simple soap and water solution will clean off any residue. The products we use are easily broken down in the soil by microorganisms so there is no danger of build-up or well contamination.

No, we use a product that is fast drying, usually 15-25 minutes. Once it dries it is safe for all outdoor activities.
